Seventeen suggested pairing sexy, leather pants with a conservative, more buttoned-up top (keep the look classy!).

Leather was a real go-to piece for 2011. There were leather leggings, jackets, skirts, shorts, dresses, etc.

I love the leather pants trend. It may not be the easiest look to pull off, but it makes a statement, and it's sexy without being too revealing.

Lace, Leather, and Love!

I recently created a fashion YouTube channel called Lace, Leather, and Love. I did this because I want to open-up to my followers/viewers. Blogging is nice, but people can only understand what you’re saying to a certain extent. Videos help you convey the same message, but with more personality, passion, and feeling because people can actually see you!

Diane's Fashion Obsessions: Leather (Biker) Jackets

I love leather jackets because they're so versatile. When I buy my own, I'm going to try pairing it with a really feminine dress to tone down the girliness.

On those days when I feel like dressing casual & edgy, I'll wear it with skinny jeans and a tee with some killer ankle booties.

I think it would be a great semi-casual jacket to wear over a party dress.

It works nicely with short-shorts too because I'd be covered on top, so I wouldn't look too bare, but it would still show my legs off.

A leather jacket is definitely at the top of my shopping list. I want to get one by the time Winter comes around because I already have an awesome outfit in mind that includes a stunning biker jacket.
